A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q7. There are too many manufacturers, how to choose acrylic?
A: First, Rockwell hardness. Hardness is one of the parameters that can reflect the production process and technology of cast acrylic sheets, and is an important part of quality control. Hardness directly affects whether the sheet will shrink and bend, and whether there will be cracks on the surface during processing. The cast acrylic plate has the only hardness index with an average Darlock hardness value of 90 degrees, and the average Rockwell hardness value of the acrylic plate reaches 93 degrees as an excellent plate.
Second, light transmittance. Light transmittance is one of the good indicators for judging the quality of acrylic sheets. The acrylic sheet has no silver streaks, no turbidity, no curved surface refraction phenomenon on the curved panel, and the total light transmittance ≥ 93% is an excellent sheet.
Third, the splicing process. Acrylic splicing is seamless splicing of body polymerization, seams ≤ 4mm, and high concealment. There are no obvious impurities and bubbles in the acrylic sheet and at the seams, and the surface has no water-like unevenness and foggy surface. It is an excellent sheet.
